The Datascope/Mindray Gas Module SE is a side-stream anesthetic gas monitor designed to integrate with compatible Datascope or Mindray patient monitors. It samples exhaled gases at 50–200 mL/min and measures oxygen (O₂), carbon dioxide (CO₂), nitrous oxide (N₂O), and volatile anesthetics (halothane, isoflurane, sevoflurane, enflurane, desflurane). The module displays real-time gas waveforms and numerical concentrations on the host monitor and requires less than 10 minutes to warm up. Response time is typically under 10 seconds. Power is supplied through the host monitor or system port. Alarms for gas concentration levels and system status are configurable.
