These single-wide modules measure end-tidal and inspired CO₂, O₂, and N₂O, and identify anesthetic agents (halothane, enflurane, isoflurane, sevoflurane, desflurane) in real time. They are designed for perioperative use in operating rooms, recovery units, and ICU environments where continuous anesthetic gas monitoring is required. The modules draw samples at 200–300 mL/min and display waveforms with fast response time after a typical warm-up of less than 2 minutes. A built-in zero and calibration system reduces manual intervention. The compact single-wide form factor fits standard GE monitor slots without tools or additional configuration.
