The GE Carescape B650 is a compact, transport-capable patient monitor in GE's Carescape series. It receives vital-sign parameters from an external parameter module installed in a dual-slot module rack, and displays them on a touch screen controlled by a trim knob and front-panel buttons. The module rack, recorder (optional), and parameter module section pivot 90 degrees on a hinge for flexible bedside positioning. The unit supports both Carescape and S/5 network protocols and can be configured with optional wireless networking and built-in recording.
