TNI Softflow 50 Ventilator 9007 – Masimo

The Masimo TNI Softflow 50 (model MAS9007) is a heated high-flow nasal cannula system for spontaneously breathing adult patients in hospital settings. It delivers respiratory support and oxygen supplementation through a soft nasal cannula interface, with integrated flow generation that eliminates the need for a compressed-air supply. The system accepts oxygen from wall supply, cylinder, or concentrator and displays FiO2% on the unit. Flow is adjustable from 10 to 60 L/min in 0.5 L/min increments. Heated humidification is applied to the gas stream before delivery to the patient's nose to reduce condensate formation and support patient comfort. The device auto-identifies the nasal cannula type and breathing circuit to streamline setup. A bacterial/viral filter is positioned between the device and patient rather than upstream, reducing cross-contamination risk.
