The device analyzes patient heart rhythm using the cprINSIGHT algorithm, which permits rhythm analysis to continue during ongoing CPR. It features built-in WiFi connectivity to Lifelink Central, allowing administrators to monitor unit status, deployment history, installed AHA guideline versions, and to push software updates remotely. The CR2 includes QUICK-STEP electrodes compatible with both adult and pediatric patients, a lithium battery, owners manual, and USB cable.
