The Tenacore Air/Oxygen Blender (model TAOBH-0404N-01) is a wall-mounted gas-mixing device for clinical use. It blends air and oxygen streams into a single output at a set concentration, regulated to a maximum flow of 120 liters per hour. The unit features two independent 0–15 LPM flowmeters — one for air input (left) and one for oxygen input (right) — allowing clinicians to adjust the mix ratio at the point of care. The blender mounts directly to the wall and is supplied without a base unit.
