BD Alaris 8015

The BD Alaris 8015 is a central command module for the Alaris infusion system. It serves as the hub for up to four infusion and monitoring modules—large-volume pumps, syringe pumps, PCA modules, and capnography (EtCO₂) units—displaying parameters on a color touchscreen. The 8015 receives infusion settings and patient data through its interface, supports customizable drug libraries via Guardrails Suite MX, and communicates with hospital networks via wired or wireless connectivity for real-time documentation and configuration updates. It incorporates multiple cybersecurity layers and provides prioritized alarm notifications.
