The Dräger Fabius GS Premium is an anesthesia machine for operating room and procedural environments. It delivers inhaled anesthetics via traditional vaporization and provides mechanical ventilation with electronic flow control. The machine supports multiple ventilation modes — pressure-controlled ventilation (PCV), volume-controlled ventilation (VCV), synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation with pressure support (SIMV/PS), pressure support ventilation (PSV), and spontaneous breathing. Monitoring integrates with Dräger's Infinity Omega platform and supports the SCIO module, thermal anemometry (hot-wire) respiratory measurement, and vapor-pressure monitoring (VPO).
