The Leica M841 is a stereo surgical microscope designed for binocular viewing in operative settings. It pairs an ultra-low binocular unit with OptiChrome optics to deliver high resolution and contrast on the surgical field. The microscope accepts Leica Apochromatic objectives (f175 or f200, 65mm) and integrates Otto-flex red reflex enhancement illumination. Control is managed through a dedicated M841 control unit and an XY multiplex foot pedal with 14 programmable functions. The system includes a 2D inline camera for documentation and supports four zoom paths with 100% stereo illumination. An optional dual-wing assistant mount is available for observation by a second surgeon or trainee.
