The DLSA11CAL-12P is a set of 12 NIST-calibrated standalone temperature data loggers designed for transport monitoring of temperature-sensitive goods such as vaccines and pharmaceuticals. Each logger records temperature to an internal memory via USB, displays readings on an LCD screen to 0.1°C precision, and stores up to 32,000 data points. The loggers are calibrated to NIST standards in an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 certified laboratory and ship with a calibration certificate. Users configure recording intervals (10 seconds to 24 hours), temperature units (Celsius or Fahrenheit), and optional min/max alarms via Windows-based software. The logger calculates and displays average temperature and mean kinetic temperature to track cumulative thermal stress. Out-of-range readings are color-coded in exported data. Data exports to Excel, Adobe Illustrator, or PDF in graphical or tabular format. The logger operates across -20 to 40°C with ±0.5°C accuracy; accuracy is ±1°C outside this range. - NIST-calibrated units with certificate - Compact form factor with protective transparent case - Replaceable lithium battery with low-battery alert - CDC-recommended temperature precision for vaccine monitoring - USB download to Windows software
