Zeiss OPMI MDU S5 Microscope

The Zeiss OPMI MDU S5 is a surgical microscope in Zeiss's OPMI line, consisting of a motorized boom (MDU), inclinable binocular head, objective lens, and floor stand. The system is configured with 0–180 degree inclinable eyepieces for variable working angles, 10x widefield magnification, and a multi-axis stereo observer tube to support additional viewers. The included beamsplitter allows concurrent observation by multiple users. The microscope is supplied with sterilizable covers and foot-pedal control for hands-free operation. The OPMI MDU S5 is used across multiple surgical disciplines. It mounts on the Zeiss S5 floorstand and includes the Zeiss XY2 positioning system for lateral adjustment.
