Zeiss Pentero 800 S

The Zeiss Pentero 800 S is a motorized surgical microscope for operating-room use, combining high-magnification optics with dual 4K video capture and integrated recording. The system receives a 300-watt Xenon light source and projects magnified fields through apochromatic lenses with a 6:1 zoom ratio. Images are displayed on eyepieces (10x or 12.5x widefield options) and simultaneously captured by dual 4K 3-chip cameras supporting 3D monitor output. The microscope features a motorized floor stand with electromagnetic stabilization, joystick or foot-controlled XY-axis navigation, and laser autofocus. Surgical images and recordings integrate with DICOM, PACS, and external monitors; live streaming is supported via ZEISS Livestream and the ZEISS Surgical Cloud.
