The Covidien Kangaroo Joey is a portable volumetric enteral feeding pump designed for acute care, long-term care, pediatric, and home nutrition settings. It delivers nutrition via Covidien Kangaroo Joey feeding sets at rates from 1 to 400 mL/hour, with programmable flush cycles and audible/visual alarms for occlusion, empty bag, low battery, and flow error. The pump supports both continuous and intermittent feeding modes with delivery accuracy within ±7%. A built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 18 hours of operation; an AC adapter is also supplied.
