The Laerdal right humeral IO and IV manikin arm is a training model for intraosseous and intravenous needle placement in the proximal humerus. The arm features anatomically correct landmarks, an articulating elbow, and manual rotation to expose the antecubital fossa. Learners practice inserting IO needles with realistic tissue resistance, administering medications and fluids through both the IO site and a pre-ported IV line, and observing fluid drainage through attached tubing. Compatible with EZ-IO, BIG, and Jamshidi needle systems.
